To call the agents in Pakistan you need to call the number of 042 111 725 425 and to call the agents deputed in Saudi Arabia you need to call 800 11 666 2. These helplines have been set up for complaints, inquiries related to Hajj, lost and found items found during Hajj and suggestion for any improvement in the services.

This Division also performs the activities like management of Ruit-e-Hilal, Dawah , council of Islamic Ideology, infants and minor adoption laws. Ministry has launched Electronic Complaint Management System. The system would help intending Hajj pilgrims to register their complaints online regarding any difficulties and the staff deputed in the holy land and as well in Pakistan would try to address grievances. The applicants must have machine readable passports valid up to March 10, 2024 to avoid any inconvenience, said the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Interfaith Harmony.
