Term and Conditions:

• All above rates are on per person basis without ticket & meals.
• All above packages and transportation are non-refundable for any reason.
• Packages & Ticket rates are subject to change without any prior Notice.
• Room’s availability is subject to confirmation.
• While all our efforts will be made to meet passenger requirements, sometimes an alternate hotel or type of room may have to be offered & any rate differences will be settled accordingly.
• Visa rejection or cancellation will be charged Rs. 85,000/-.
• Any penalty charges will be charged as per Airline’s policy for Ticket refund, change of Airline, change of dates, ticket cancellation and No-Show on confirmed seats.
• One child can be accommodated in parent’s room without abed, Ticket, Visa & Transport will be charged.
• All passengers should 100% return back, if passengers overstay or escape in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia then the penalties levied by the Hajj Ministry Saudi Arabia will be charged to the parties accordingly.
• Approval of visa will remain valid till 07 days from the date of receiving from the Ministry of Hajj Saudi Arabia including Holidays.
• Payment mode will be 50% Advance and 50% at the time of delivery of the passport.
• The total number of days stay in the Kingdom will be as per selected package & extension will be allowed only if the hotel is booked through local Agent.
• In any circumstances pilgrim will not be allowed to stay in the Kingdom with his own arrangements.
• Procedural Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice, which depends upon Saudi & Pakistani rules & regulations. Once the visa is issued, stamped passport will not be given bade unless package booked or visa expires & after approval of ticket Refund obtained from concerned Airline.
• If pilgrims travel without information we will not responsible for any incident or detention by Saudi Authorities.
• In case of change in airfare / taxes, pilgrim will pay the actual difference before departure and further airfare of the traveling date and available class will be applicable.
• In any circumstances, our agency is not responsible for natural disaster, theft, fire, riot, strike civil commotion or terrorism of documents required in Umrah traveling

Required documents for Umrah/Hajj visa:

1. Visa application.
   2. Photographs – 2 each – passport size
   3. Original passport valid for 6 months as of the date of traveling.
   Non-Citizens need to submit a certified copy of the permanent residence card
   4. Copy of vaccination card – ACYW 135 (Booklet must be stamped and signed by the doctor)**
   5. For couples traveling together, please provide a certified copy of marriage certificate (or any legal document showing both husband and wife)
   6. For parents and children traveling together, please provide a copy of birth certificate for each child (long Canadian or American birth Cert.) or any legal document showing parent children relationship such as immigration…etc.,
   7. For ladies traveling without Mahram, You must fill up a Mahram consent form and have it notarized by a notary public or a lawyer. * Visa application required for each member of family traveling.
   ** Vaccination taken during the last 3 years is fine. Please make sure to take your health certificate with you on the trip.
