Procedure for Driving License LTV/HTV

Driving License verification is vital for driving. Procedure for Driving License is given below:

  • Download and get print the Medical Fitness and Drivers License Form
  • Paste 2 passport size photographs to your medical fitness and application form
  • Attach a copy of your National Identity Card.
  • Attach Medical Fitness Certificate. This will be conducted by a Medical Doctor at our Branch.
  • Attach your Original Learners Driving Permit
  • Pay the Applicable fee at the nearest post office. See the Fee Schedule for more information.
  • Buy and study “The Highway and Motor Code”.
  • Arrive at the Branch of your area and go to the information desk to get your papers checked.

Learner Permit

Learner permits are issued on daily basis with the validity of 6 months. Get a Highway Code Book of traffic rules & regulations when applying for Learner Permit.

Age Limit

  • Motor Cycle/Motor Car 18 Years
  • LTV, Rickshaw, Tractor Commercial 21 Years
  • HTV 22 Years

  • Copy of CNIC
